Collection of things to consider for ZenMagick 0.9.9.

migrate all order total modules to plugins - this needs more time to get a grip on how to handle stuff in the cart...
~~make $zm_theme obsolete in templates~~

~~get the new default theme going if possible~~ - based on zen-cart layout, do we want that??
