Ultimate SEO3

Adds Ultimate SEO3 support to ZenMagick. The plugin has been tested with the currently available beta1.

In contrast to zm_useo2, the actual zen-cart USEO3 mod needs to be installed separately.

Note: It is not possible to install USEO2 and USEO3 in parallel as USEO3 will uninstall any previous version.
